did not infor me i had to wait 60 days for the £5 voucher before i bought the insurance and i still havent received it

Hi Debbie. The terms and conditions of the gift card does state that it could take up to 60 days for the voucher to arrive. As you purchased your policy on 12.07.15, you should receive your voucher in the next few weeks. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The product seems fine and staff helpful and friendly however I had to ring three times to try to get someone from the medical side to ring me. I appreciate they are busy but that's not my fault....
