Villa was great, but getting around for a large family was expensive due to the location of villa. To get to shops and restaurants is a 15min drive

We are sorry you arrived at the property and found there had been a change to the bathroom layout which we had not been made aware of. The property owner said nothing was mentioned at the time and had you advised them of this they would have offered you alternative accommodation or an upgrade to resolve the matter. As per our booking conditions, we always recommend should any issues arise that they be brought to the attention of the property immediately so that they are offered an opportunity to rectify the matter whilst you are on holiday with minimal disruption.It is a shame this was not mentioned at the time. We are in discussion with you regarding a goodwill gesture. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
