I used Authentic Villas instead of air bnb as I wanted the security of some one who had dealt with the owner and knew the set up. I had concerns about our arrival time but was told it would be fine....

We have since checked all travel documents for numbers and it was only your document where the details were missing. The property would have been supplied with your contact telephone number.
