Drone Insurance - Done easily
Everything worked well and I felt properly covered, however the iPhone app didn't work. Telecom support was very quick and succinct.

Not sure about using FlySafe
Easy transaction, but lots of read the small print type of things in the schedule. Not sure on register a flight plan each time to be covered. I dont want to use FlySafe all the time.

Thank you for your review. It's not compulsory to register each flight on the app and it won't affect the coverage if you don't, but we do obviously highly recommend the use of the app as it has some extremely useful safety information to help you decide on whether to make the flight. If you ever need any help with policy explanation, you can call the team at anytime and we will be more than happy to discuss further.

I do use the FlySafe app, but thought it was compulsory for cover. I stand corrected

Change documents
I needed to change my policy. I spoke to an advisor online who assisted me in 2 minutes the policy was changed and had emailed me the new documents. Couldn’t of done it any quicker. 5*****
