Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the experience wonderful, and that your Travel Director's knowledge and warm manner, together with the careful organisation and the swift resolution of any difficulties, made such a positive impression. We are also pleased that your Coach Driver's skill and knowledge of the roads contributed so much to your enjoyment. We appreciate your suggestion that a little more time, or an overnight stay, in Monaco would have been welcome, and your helpful advice that a reasonable level of fitness is needed for such an active itinerary. We are also sorry that the cost of the Optional Excursions proved considerable for guests whose currency does not benefit from a favourable exchange rate. This is a fair point, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour and the pricing of the Optional Excursions may be considered carefully. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

We are particularly pleased that those who looked after you made such a strong impression across several journeys. We are sorry that you sensed some hostility towards visitors on a few occasions, and that the standard of customer service at certain establishments, together with the language barrier, was at times a source of difficulty. We are also sorry that the vegetarian meals did not compare favourably with the other dishes on offer. It is a fair observation that guests paying the same price should expect dining of comparable quality and variety, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the options available to vegetarian guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
