Thank you for taking the time to leave your review of CBC Breakdown Cover. We're delighted to hear that the UK operatives were efficient, polite, professional, were able to arrange your recovery and offered overnight accommodation.

As far as we are aware, no UK companies that offer European Breakdown Assistance have a fleet of vehicles covering the whole of Europe, so we do have to rely on local recovery agents and their instructions are to try and get the vehicle going at the roadside (for a start, this is usually cheaper!). We're sorry that they did not attempt this. We're really glad that you managed to sort this in a well-humoured way amongst the recovery driver, the generous garage boss and yourself. And, we're really pleased that you will be using our serviices again.
