There are instances were the drivers sat nav's may not take them directly to the house, which is why we ask for a contact number so that the drivers can call to locate the correct property, if an issue should occur. We apologise if the drivers calling for directions caused any inconvenience.

We appreciate your feedback on the Steens For Kids Midsleeper Slide in Solid Plain White, but extra construction work should not have been required. If there were any issues with assembly, we would have welcomed your phone call or email and we could have looked into any issues for you. We are sorry if this caused any disappointment or inconvenience.
Very happy with bunk bed purchase. Would recommend this company. Ability to arrange my delivery date made things easy and then getting a specific timeslot meant I didn't have to wait in all day.

Thank you for your feedback on the Steens Richmond White MDF 2+4 Drawer Chest. Yes, we can advise that the back of this chest of drawers is plywood/ particleboard material. Handles for the drawers are included as standard in the box, but should you wish to change the handles to suit your own décor and taste, then this should be suitable.
The bed was much cheaper than elsewhere. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. However, the delivery driver was very rude when he called asking for directions. It is a new estate and not yet...
