Regarding your comment about the cushions only having leather on one side - there is a reason we make our cushions like this, which is to allow them to breath when they are sat on. If the cushions were leather on all sides, it would have the effect of sitting on a balloon, which would not be comfortable and would impart stress on the zips and seams. This would lead to the premature failure of the cushion.

Please accept our sincerest apologies that you were unhappy with the delivery service you received.
The majority of our mainland deliveries are carried out by our in-house delivery team. However, for our overseas deliveries we depend on a small selection of furniture logistics experts. It seems on this occasion the standards fell below what both you and I expect of them and procedures were not followed.
We have requested the logistics company in question to carry out a inquiry and we are currently awaiting their response. We will contact you in due course to explain their findings.
