I don't like the way you just take the premium out of my bank account without telling me first! I also don't know how to contact you if I have a question or concern.

Hi,
We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal. We do have issues with Hotmail at times and would suggest checking your junk folder. I will remove the automatic renewal for future and we can ask someone to call you this morning. For reference our number is 03333 211403.
Caunce O' Hara are always happy to help and answer my questions quickly and efficiently. I have never had any problems and using the online system to purchase makes it easy.
