After our phone call I can confirm we have sent out two new socket shields for delivery ASAP. We have contacted our courier and they have admitted to losing the parcel. We do not accept this level of service from our couriers and will be taking this further.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by Hermes and would again like to stress that we do not expect poor service from our couriers.
