We are happy to contact a requested hotel to make a booking however if we are informed they do not have availability on the requested dates we must make alternative arrangements. When stays in country cottages are arranged we offer a free pick up from the town and also a transfer back after breakfast the next day and as such there should not have been reason to take a taxi. We are unsure what you mean by the service being suddenly unavailable however if you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact us.
