As such, can you give us more details about the hotel in La Storta by email? We can than pass your comments on the accommodations to my reservations manager, who will follow up with the relevant staff.We have been visiting the properties and we reckon the standard is valuable. We have had many pilgrims before staying in this property and generally have received good feedback. As for the postal items, further to our email of 14th May, we have advised that we have resent the postal items to your first hotel in Viterbo. We also asked in the preparation file we sent 85 days before starting date to give and review your profile to see if we had the correct address and information, as we don't see any personal deatils/address in the payments notification we receive for gdpr regulation.
