Excellent. Questions were answered by returnin and the tour adapted to suit our needs. Lots of helpful information was provided, including suggested restaurants with their locations.

All the hassle gone, all the local knowledge on hand.
Service was extremely good, attention to detail excellent and really took the hassle out of organising accommodation. We also found some outstanding hotels that we would never have found ourselves....
