Total mess up on renewing my insurance I won't be a customer next year and I will be moving my motorcycle insurance next month.. Been a customer for years and years and always have trouble every time...

Pleasant customer service, shame the prive has increased by nearly half
Even though the price has increased by £120 after a call, it was still a reasonable price, although I must admit I didn't ring around too much. The chap that I spoke to was charming and professional.
