Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, very occasionally we will run out of stock of an item. On the rare occasion that this does happen we will contact the customer immediately and offer them an alternative. Sorry we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion but I do hope that this has not detered you from ordering from Tightlines in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are a little confused with your comments and feel I must defend our position. Our online order system transfers the data entered by yourself exactly as it is entered onto our main processing program. We received two separate orders from you, first dated 7th August Ref:3685795 which was despatched by Royal Mail on the 13th August and second on the 13th August ref:3688264 which was despatched on 16th August by Royal Mail.
I can confirm that we have received the second Wrist Support back into our warehouse and a full refund has been issued.
