If this occurs we alert our customers with update email(s)such as the one sent to you on the 16th of September. I can appreciate the obvious frustrations caused by this stock situation and I would like to confirm I have despatched all of the in stock items from your order to you today. Unfortunately there is still a delay of 3 weeks before the hooks come back into stcok. I do apologise for the continued delay with this item coming back in to stock and as a fellow angler I fully understand your disappointment but we are both in the hands of the suppliers. Looking at your account there is a slim chance this may have been caught up in your Spam filter or folder as the contact email address we have for you appears to be correct. I am sorry that we could not fulfil your order within the timescale that you required and as a fellow angler I fully understand your disappointment but we were both in the hands of the suppliers. Our data entry staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently missed your discount from your order. We do take measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene.
