Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, very occasionally we will run out of stock of an item. On the rare occasion that this does happen we will contact the customer immediately by email (if an email address has been given) or by 1st class post to inform them of the delay and when the item will return to stock. After looking at your account I see that four email delay updates have been sent to you advising you of the delay in obtaining the shirt from the suppliers. I can confirm that the Simms, the suppliers have now given a delivery date of 7th August.
Once again please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in delivery of this shirt, I fully understand your disappointment but we are both in the hands of the suppliers.
