Poor service & communications

Item purchased, payment taken, confirmation by email, then nothing else until I called them to see why the order was not delivered, only to be told it was cancelled and I would get a refund soon....

Good Afternoon, Please accept our apologies for the cancellation of your order. Unfortunately very rarely our stock levels do not match the website. We are actively looking for ways to improve, and we will look into this. I can see from your order we spoke to you almost as soon as we realised they were unavailable. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards Sarah Burrells Customer Service Manager
