That said, we appreciate that expectations around size and value can vary, and we’re sorry this didn’t meet yours on this occasion.
As a small independent business, we don't have the buying power of large retailers, but we strive to offer a more personal and caring service - from hand-packing each gift with care, to contacting customers directly if any stock issues arise. In your case, we did experience a short delay due to stock availability, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused but we were clearly in contact. Your order was dispatched within the 3–5 working day delivery window on the standard shipping you selected, but we appreciate that sooner delivery may have been preferred. We offer express and next day shipping options for future orders.
