"Appaling service, complete lack of communication"
I have checked the vehicle order signed by you regarding the delivery of the vehicle, the order was signed by you in May 2023 for delivery as stated on the order in June 2023, I am aware that there was a delay from the factory for the vehicle and looking back I can see that we contacted you on the following dates to keep you informed of the delays 29/06/23, 03/07/23/08/23, 11/09/23/14/09/23 (We arranged Delivery). I know it is not ideal to have a delay in the delivery of a vehicle but on some occasions, manufacturers do experience issues and I do believe that the above number of times you were contacted and kept informed does constitute more than "never hearing from them again"
"Van OK, not as described, disappointed with spec level"
I have checked the van we supplied and I think there may be a bit of confusion on your part referring to the "Standard" part of the vehicle description this does refer to the wheelbase of the van and not the equipment. I have checked the level of specification on your vehicle which is of a good level. Just for clarify, I have listed some but not all of the options your vehicle has:
