I had a personal telephone call with a sincere apology and was thanked for raising the issues so that they could learn from the mistakes. I was very impressed with how quickly this happened and how genuinely concerned they felt. Everything else was outstanding regarding the sale of the house and I would now rate Bond Oxborough Phillips 5 star!
