Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you felt rushed during your assessment. We understand how important it is for customers to feel comfortable, have time to absorb information, and ask any questions they may have throughout the process. Whilst we work to ensure appointments run efficiently, we never want customers to feel that they are being hurried through the assessment or that the focus is simply on keeping to schedule. Our Health Assessment Specialists are expected to explain each procedure clearly and provide customers with the opportunity to discuss any concerns or queries they may have. We're sorry that this was not your experience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant team for review. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concern regarding your resting heart rate result. The colour coding within our reports is based on standardised clinical criteria and reference ranges rather than an individual's level of fitness alone. As a result, a lower resting heart rate may still be highlighted for review, even where it can be entirely normal for someone who is physically fit and exercises regularly. The commentary within the report is intended to provide this additional context, as lower resting heart rates are often seen in fitter individuals. However, we appreciate why receiving an amber result may have felt contradictory given your personal circumstances and the explanation provided. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We value feedback such as yours and will ensure your comments are shared with the relevant team as we continue to review how results and explanations are presented within our reports. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon Valerie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that your recent experience has left you feeling disappointed. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive your results only to discover that some tests could not be completed and that you need to return for further blood testing. We appreciate that attending a second appointment requires additional time and effort, and we recognise the inconvenience this has caused. While issues with samples can occasionally occur, we understand that this does not make the situation any less frustrating from your perspective. We would like to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rectify the issue by arranging the repeat testing. We are sorry that the experience has impacted your confidence in our service, particularly as you feel the service has declined compared to previous assessments. Your feedback is extremely valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant team for review. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience caused. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, We're delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience during your assessment. It's wonderful to know that you found the process straightforward and that the Health Assessment Specialist was both efficient and knowledgeable throughout your appointment. Providing a clear, professional, and informative experience is incredibly important to us, so we're pleased that this was reflected in your visit. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Your kind comments are greatly appreciated and will be shared with the team. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your concerns regarding the blood pressure reading and how this may have influenced other areas of your report. Our reports are generated using the measurements recorded at the time of your assessment alongside the health information and medications that have been disclosed. It's positive to hear that the readings you obtained using your Omron monitor at home were consistently lower and within a range that is more typical for you. This demonstrates why it is always important to consider results alongside other readings, medical history, and any treatment being received. In relation to your medications, it is worth noting that some risk scores and health indicators take prescribed medication into account when calculating overall risk. This is because the medications may be controlling an underlying condition rather than indicating that the condition is no longer present. As a result, some indicators may remain amber or red despite the medication successfully managing the relevant health marker. If you would like a more detailed explanation of any specific result, risk score, or recommendation within your report, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI). We would be happy to arrange further support to help you better understand your results. Thank you again for your feedback. Warm regards, Thomas

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced following your assessment. With regards to the parking charge, parking arrangements are managed directly by the venue and unfortunately fall outside of Bluecrest's control. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly if you had explained the circumstances, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. We're also sorry for any confusion surrounding your GP consultation. We understand how frustrating it is when an appointment is arranged at a time that is not convenient, especially when you were expecting to be contacted to agree a suitable time beforehand. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment this has caused. If you have any questions or require any assistance regarding your GP consultation, please don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 652 2183 (UK) or 1800 937 499 (ROI), and we'll be happy to help. Warm regards, Thomas
