Thanks for your review. I'm very sorry you had problems with making a payment on our new website. There were a few teething troubles but these have now been rectified. You can still just phone us with your details if you wish to pay by debit card, there's no need for a trip to the bank. The latest batch of magnetic clasps have not been up to our previous standard I'm afraid, we had to find a new supplier for this item and have taken the issue up with them. As always if you're unhappy with a product for any reason please return it for a full refund. Kind regards, Kat Turner
