The instructors are all really great and hit the sweet spot for tough workout vs fun challenging. I like that its interactive and the classes are all varied. Really good and i would highly recommend

Top to bottom low impact workout.
The studio is lovely and the class left me feeling both energised and exhausted. The instructors who I've enjoyed were all wonderful - welcoming, detailed and friendly.
