The most expensive item you'll buy or sell, do it right, do with Bairstow.
I used a different estate agent to sell my house but quickly found that they weren't in the same league as Bairstow Eves. Within 5 days of leaving them Bairstow Eves sold my house for just 5k less...

Not great
Limited communication after agreeing. Things have only moved forwards because I have rang and chased things. Not a good first impression and I considering if Bairstow is the right choice for selling...
