Thank you for your review. You notified us of not having your parcel, and we asked you if your neighbour had received your parcel as courier was unsuccessful delivering to your address. You said they had not received it. We then sent you picture evidence that that the neighbour had indeed received the parcel. You then notified us days later that they did indeed have your parcel.
You opened a case with Paypal that it had not been received, then sent back the product used and still received a full refund.
