Hi Ashley,Sorry to hear this. I have looked into this and can see that the day your order was placed a system error occurred on our website, meaning that unfortunately some items were oversold. An email was sent out asking if you would anything else. We do advise on the same email that we will refund after 24 hours if we do not receive a reply.ThanksB COUTURE LONDON

Hi Jessica,
I have just looked into this and can see that the order is being sent to Ireland. We have to allow 7-10 working days for this to arrive. 11/05/2021 will be the 10th working day.
