Thank you very much for your feedback. I was unable to get you on the phone. On behalf of the company, please accept my apologies that the renewal notice was not issued to you in good time. Our underwriters had sent out a letter to you requesting a copy of your licence as you had previously advised us of a medical condition in 1996. We did not follow this up in good time and we apologise for the oversight.
