Damaged goods

Good online service and quick delivery but one of my mugs had a crack and went straight in the bin. Lots of bubble wrap in the box so in my opinion this was sent damaged before it was packed.

Unfortunately we have no control over what happens after we hand packages over to the courier, regardless of how much bubble wrap and FRAGILE tape we use, and sometimes things do get broken in transit.If you had contacted us I would have arranged to have a replacement sent out immediately, which I will now do.
