Hello Ryan I'm sorry that you thought our service was slow. I can see that you ordered the casserole on Saturday 21st Sept, for delivery in 3 - 5 working days. As you know, after our phone conversation on Tuesday 24th, there was a small issue with Le Creuset's packaging, but it was dispatched on Thursday 26th (4th working day from ordering) and delivered on Friday 27th (5th working day from ordering) Kind Regards Andi

Oh dear. Unfortunately this is the first we have heard of the non delivery. I can see that DPD attempted to deliver twice and made two requests for further instructions from you friend. The item is still in the DPD depot in Peterborough. Once an item is dispatched all communication from DPD is with the intended recipient. I have just left you a voicemail, if you could give me a call back then I can sort this out, either by resending or refunding. Whichever would make you happy!
