Easy and painless
Perfectly good and easy process. Ambassador is only just getting started so information is lacking, however I believe that things like drink lists and excursions will be forthcoming.

So far so good.
The booking process was excellent and the adding of the coach to Tilbury was very efficient. Whether or not I would book with Ambassador again will depend on the actual cruise experience.
