Your goods were returned to us and we were in the process of sending them out next day service at our expense when you called. At this point you shouted at our call centre operative and repeatedly accused her of being a liar. She quite rightly advised you that she would terminate the call if you continued to be abusive. You did so and she quite rightly terminated the call.
After you spoke to her supervisor, who had been listening into the call, and did not believe the operative had been rude or lazy, he ensured that the goods were sent out next day service at our expense as we had originally planned.
