I rang the office number as I had a complicated booking of 10 family members. Gillian was my service agent d She was patient, helpful but also very efficient.

Customer friendly, easy to use and flexible
The website was so easy to use, the flexibility in the payment and the live chat function was excellent. It was prompt and professional and very customer focussed.
