Thank you for your feedback, disappointed to see you have had problems 2 years in a row. 1st Central recently took on a further 30 staff in the sales and customer service area, who have now completed training and will help to improve our overall call handling services. Also, we have just put live an online renewal portal that makes life easier for customers just wanting to renew and freeing up sales staff to be able to take more calls. Paul
