We are very sorry to hear about this issue you had, as this has not come up on your file we have been totally unaware of how you felt you were treated. This is not how we want our customers to feel when we call them. I can only apologise for how we made you feel on that occasion. We do sometimes have to speak to guarantors when payments are late but we aim to talk to all our customers with respect.
