Say no to travel agents book direct with airlines.

Southall travel try to charge me £250 before fare difference, £100 admin fee and £150 penalty charge in total asked for £480. Which is extortionate. I had to change return date because of a funeral....

I do not recommend Southall travel

Very expensive and not one agent i found was helpful . All they care is about how can they make money from a customer. Never again coming back to Southall travel . Other agents give better deal .
