Thank you for your feedback.  I can confirm we are a British Company and all our goods are shipped from the UK.  In order to keep the returns costs down for our customers we now have a returns address in New York which can be found on our website www.woolovers.us which can be found under the Returns Section at the bottom of the homepage.
