Many thanks for taking the time to post your review. Upon investigation, it would appear that the manufacturers did indeed leave out a fittings pack, an issue which although no doubt frustrating seems to have been rectified fairly rapidly. I have been looking at investigating your second query, the 3 emails looking for advice, and have I'm afraid come up against a brick wall: I am unsure as to who you were initially in contact with. Having telephone earlier today I am again no farther along, and would be more than happy to discuss the matter in more detail: might I please ask that you do not hesitate to call me on 0161 351 4700 should you wish to pursue your query.
