poor delivery time

Delivery time was extremely poor I had to phone twice to chase it up. Some communication would have been nice telling me of any change of delivery.

Delivery when you say you will. Dont wait for 3 weeks for me to chase you to let me know the item is not in stock. Then promise it in 5 days finally delivered over a week later
