Dear Valued Customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you however we would like to inform you that we do call verification with our each and every customer who so ever make a booking with us in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders by calling the cardholder to make sure its a valid transaction for the safety of the cardholder. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verification in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.
