Dear Valued Customer, We apologize for the inconveniences that may have caused while trying to get your ticket confirmed with us. We also would like to inform you that in most of the ticket orders we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders.Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card. This is also to ascertain that card holder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase.Apart from doing bank verification, in some exceptional ticket orders where the ticket amount is not paid by the passenger himself/herself, in other words if passenger and the card holder is different also if its a last minute flight we Require to see the scan documents of government issued photo ID and card copy too, to complete the verification process and confirm the transaction and send E-Tickets. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verification in the past with other travel agency; but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.Thank you!
