Never had to follow this double step to make a reservation before
It is very inconvenient to have to have a call after you have already made your reservation. It is doing all over again over the phone.

We also would like to inform you that in most of the ticket orders we exercise a “Verification Process with all our customer over the phone in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders. Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and the phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card.
