We, first of all, would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused while trying to book your airline ticket with us and in every ticket orders, we exercise a “Verification Process” in order to be able to validate the authenticity of the ticket orders. Further verifying the card holder’s name billing address and the phone is part of our verification protocol that we as an online travel agency has made mandatory for every booking made offline or online, in order to ensure that no one is misusing the card. This is also to ascertain that the cardholder is participating in the transaction and to verify the legitimacy of the ticket purchase. The verification process might sound a little absurd as many may have not gone through such verifications in the past with other travel agency, but again we do this just to prevent fraudulent activity with the card.
