Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

On our website products which are not "Special Order" should show as In Stock, Out of Stock or Awaiting Stock. If we are "Awaiting Stock" the etimated number of weeks, until we expect to receive the stock, should also be displayed. I am sorry to hear that on this occasion the advisor, that you spoke with, appeared confussed about the stock situation. I do hope that you will continue shopping with Heal's in the future.
