Thank you for your feeback, I am sorry to hear of the difficulty that you experienced when trying to arrange delivery of your order. For furniture deliveries our distribution team are tasked with offering a delivery date within 2 weeks of the goods arriving into our warehouse. I can only assume that in this instance all of the delivery slots you your area were fully booked however in this instance alternative delivery methods should have been explored. I would like to apologise on be half of Heal's for the inconvenience that the unfortunate situation caused you. Regards Freddie

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to read that you feel that our delivery options are limited and poor. It is explained on our website that Heal's van deliveries can take place Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. We try to visit all postcodes within our delivery area once a week as a minimum. Postcodes where we have a greater volume of deliveries we visit more frequently, up to 3 or 4 times a week. Each day is divided up into am and pm delivery slots, which on the day of delivery are narrowed down to a 2 hour window. We deliver to your postcode every Thursday and Friday. Delivery frequency is something that is reviewed regularly to ensure that we offer the best possible delivery service to our customers. I'm sure that you will pleased with your table when you take delivery of it next week. Regards Freddie
