How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

A holiday experience so bad, that we abandoned after three nights.

We recently booked the Thames Path Walk with Headwater. I'm very sad to say that the standard of accommodation on this holiday was so poor and unhygienic, that we were forced to abandon the holiday...

Megan was a delight to have dealing with our holiday, especially as we were wanting to change things, nothing was too much trouble and she had a wonderful chirpy manner.
