Do not answer the phone
Appalling. Never received email confirmation and have been calling to speak to someone for 2 days. Despite waiting for between 10-15 minutes on 4 occasions nobody answers!

Quick No Hassle Service
Only just bought the insurance but so far so good, quick and easy service. Hopefully in the event of any claim (hopefully not) it will be just as easy!
