Our cakes are produced by Artisan Bakers and we pride ourselves in using only the highest quality ingredients, including real butter for the buttercream and Belgian chocolate for our chocolate chip cake. Each recipe has been created just for us to produce a cake that tastes home-made. Each cake is individually finished by hand by our quality driven team within production and we have also taken our time to find and provide the best packaging we can to ensure each cake reaches you in perfect condition. Also, we make our cakes on the day we dispatch them and they last for 2 weeks if stored in a cool, dry place. We are very sorry for any concern the courier caused by carrying the cake on its side, as you know, we pack the cakes really well and the boxes are marked ‘Fragile’ and ‘this way up’ for their guidance. We hope your experience has not discouraged you from using our service in the future and we would like to give you a discount code to use for an order with us.
