I am very sorry that you didn't receive the communications you should have from our couriers regarding the delivery. These communications are automated and should be sent the evening before delivery to notify you they are delivering the next day and then on the morning to advise you what time to expect them.
If you place a future order with us and this happens again, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will chase the couriers for you.

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with the delivery service you received with the cake you ordered from Bakerdays. We dispatched your order by First Class post with Royal Mail and it should have been with you for the date requested.
In your feedback you also mentioned that your cake was damaged. Due to the packaging on the letterbox cakes and that they are in a tin, damage is extremely rare and we can only apologise that it occurred with your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us if this happens in the future.

The bakerdays website makes it simple to create your own special design of cake. Choose a size and flavour, then add your special message! If you order before 2pm, we can deliver your cake the next working day, virtually anywhere in the UK. All of our letterbox cakes come complete with candles and balloons and our large cakes come with a cake slicer.
