How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the ticket price. Our prices are set based on the official rates available at the time of booking, together with the service and convenience of securing tickets in advance. As ticket prices can vary depending on factors such as ticket type, duration, travel dates, promotions, or special offers available locally, it is difficult for us to comment on the comparison mentioned in your review. If you could let us know which ticket you found for €36, we'd be happy to look into it and better understand the difference. We appreciate your feedback and hope you still enjoyed your visit.

It was for the exact ticket I purchased from yourself which was over £20 cheaper in the destination. 1 day in water park and same day Ferrari land and 1 day in the theme park.
